Candidate universal languages

There are several candidate languages for the universal one, among others:

• Latin,
• Esperanto, and
• Interlingua.

Why did the last 2 ones emerge, when we already had the first one, together with English?

Starlink network usage requirements

SpaceX launched the first batch of Starlink satellites on May 24, 2019. It is said that to use the satellites, a "user terminal" will be needed ^[1]. What will the terminal contain? Is it within reach of a small Polish company to manufacture a prototype of such a terminal?
